We want you stay with us because you like our service, not because of a contract you’ve signed. That’s why we offer flexible contracts…
Flexible contracts: how they work
We’ll suggest a valuation for your property based on our extensive knowledge of what’s selling and the prices achieved (don’t forget that as the market-leading agency here, nobody’s knowledge is better than ours!)
If you choose to instruct us to sell your property at that valuation or thereabouts, we’ll simply ask for two weeks’ notice to leave if you want to.
Working for you
But we never forget that it’s your property, and that it’s you we’re working for. So if you want to try to obtain a slightly higher figure, we’ll do our best to achieve that. Because we’ll be working harder to achieve a higher figure, we’ll ask you
for a 12 week agreement – and nothing like the 24 weeks that some others do!
