So, we’ve started 2019 with a bang and have so many exciting things happening here at Newquay Property Centre.
Firstly: Our brand new and improved website is live! we love and hope you do too. We worked hard to improve the site in all areas, it now has a clean, uncluttered appearance with a great, easy usability, making our properties and us instantly contactable at the touch of a button 24/7.
This month also saw Newquay Property Centre become the first and so far only Newquay agent to install a touch screen in our window. With a bright 32” user screen projecting directly onto the High Street, sellers, buyers, landlords and tenants can search, view and contact us with even more ease. We’ve been amazed in only the first week of the install, just how many people have stopped to use it and made really positive comments, it even allows enquiries and emails to be sent direct to us out of office hours.
Despite the constant media attention and speculation over Brexit, the local property market remains red hot. Since returning after Christmas we’ve had a constant stream of new instructions for both sales and lettings, which have gained a huge level of enquiries from buyers and tenants all over the UK. Last week we received 9 separate offers in one day and this week we are going to best and final offers with three active buyers all chasing one property.
